The Suni Side Up Project was created to help anyone who is seeking, or who has been given a diagnosis for an autoimmune disease.

 

Our journeys start long before our symptoms have been given a name. Many of us live with a disease for years before being validated with a diagnosis. Often times, the way we are treated while we are searching for answers, the way we are either believed or not, sick enough or not, or turned away by different communities has a lasting impact on the way we see ourselves and live with our lifelong diseases.

 

The Suni Side Up Project has created a safe space for anyone going through this tumultuous time in their lives to feel believed, supported and to seek the help and resources they deserve. We are all in this together.
